Janus Henderson Investors is seeking a senior Identity Security leader to guide IAM strategy across the US and UK, shaping governance, lifecycle management, access controls and auditable security practices.

You will drive automation, partner with security, IT and HR, develop AI Agent Governance, manage roadmaps, and mentor teams to deliver secure, scalable identity solutions.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Identity and Access Management (IAM) or Identity Security.
• 2+ years of direct people leadership, including coaching and performance management.
• Experience leading geographically distributed teams across time zones.
• Strong knowledge of identity lifecycle, Joiner/Mover/Leaver, access governance and PAM.
• Proven automation and process-improvement experience to raise controls and efficiency.

Responsabilités

• Lead Identity Security teams located in the United States and United Kingdom, with responsibility to support expansion into additional regions.
• Provide leadership and oversight for identity governance, lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, privileged access and directory services.
• Drive automation and continuous process improvement across Identity Security services.
