Job summary

London Gatwick is seeking an Identity and Access Manager to lead the design, implementation, and governance of IAM across a large environment. The role focuses on federated identities, MFA, privileged access, and cloud identity platforms, with a strong emphasis on data access governance and information protection.

The role offers an office-first hybrid arrangement, three days in the office and two days remote, and requires managing IAM strategy within a major transformation programme.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in technology implementation and architecting information systems.
• Experience integrating identity management and access governance software.

Responsibilities

• Leads the design, implementation, and maintenance of IAM systems for standard and privileged users.
• Develops IAM strategies aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Oversees IAM technologies for on-premises and cloud-based systems.
• Establishes IAM policies and procedures to mitigate security risks and ensure compliance.
• Leads evaluation and selection of IAM solutions, vendors, and technologies.
• Collaborates with internal teams and external partners to integrate IAM solutions.
