Job summary

Principle is seeking an IAM Solutions Architect for a 12-month PAYE contract in London. You will drive a major identity programme with hands-on design for SSO, SAML/SCIM, and IDaaS, collaborating with senior stakeholders in a hybrid London environment.

The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of client-facing IAM experience and deep product knowledge (Entra ID, Okta, Ping, ForgeRock, SailPoint), translating business goals into technical roadmaps and governance processes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years client-facing role as Solutions Architect, Solutions/Sales Engineering, Pre-Sales or Technical Consultant.
• Deep, hands-on IAM: IDP/IDaaS, SSO, SAML/SCIM, provisioning, governance.
• Led large-scale, global IAM programmes end to end.
• Experience with Entra ID, Okta, Ping, ForgeRock or SailPoint.
• Ability to translate business goals into a technical plan and lead discussions with engineers and execs.
