Job summary

London Gatwick Airport is recruiting an Identity and Access Manager to lead the design and execution of IAM strategy across a large, complex environment. The role focuses on federated identities, B2B integrations, privileged access, MFA and cloud identity platforms.

You will drive digital identity, data access governance, and information protection while guiding internal teams and external partners through IAM implementations and governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Advanced degree preferred.
• Experience in technology implementation including integrating identity management and access governance software.

Responsibilities

• Leads the design, implementation, and maintenance of IAM systems for standard and privileged users.
• Develops and executes IAM strategies aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
• Oversees operation of IAM technologies across on‑premises and cloud-based systems.
• Establishes and enforces IAM policies, standards, and procedures to mitigate security risks.
• Leads evaluation and selection of IAM solutions, vendors and technologies.
• Maintains knowledge of access management, directory services, privileged access management, MFA and federated identities across applications and services.
• Collaborates with internal teams and external partners to integrate IAM solutions.
• Acts as SME on IAM matters for internal business units and external stakeholders.
