Meridian Business Support Ltd is seeking a Technical Support Engineer in Witney, Oxfordshire, offering permanent, hybrid working with a schedule of Mon–Thu 8:30–17:00 and Fri 8:30–16:00. You will deliver expert technical guidance and prepare quotations across hydraulic products to support sales and projects.

Reporting to the Technical Support Manager, you will collaborate with Engineering, Sales and Project teams, build strong customer relationships, and stay ahead of industry trends to identify

Formación

• Experience with hydraulic accessories (accumulators, filtration, coolers, valves and manifolds).
• Strong customer service and communication skills for telephone and email.
• Proactive, detail-oriented and able to work on own initiative.
• Ability to read and interpret hydraulic circuit diagrams.
• Experience interpreting technical documentation and data.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare detailed quotations tailored to customer specifications.
• Provide in-depth technical advice and product support across hydraulic products.
• Collaborate with Engineering to meet customer requirements while preserving profitability.
• Act as technical point of contact for divisional teams.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and service levels.
• Coordinate with internal departments for prompt responses and delivery.
• Keep up to date with industry developments and project opportunities.
• Attend customer meetings and site visits as required.
• Additional duties as required by business needs.
