BRUSH Group is seeking a Site Manager to oversee HV electrical construction activities across multiple site locations in the South of England. You will coordinate on-site teams, ensure safe delivery, and drive continual improvement in communication and performance within Projects and Construction.

The role requires experience in industrial electrical containment construction, strong leadership, and the ability to manage programmes, risks and lookahead planning.

Formación

• SMSTS certification and strong safety culture are essential.
• Proven leadership and ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.
• Experience with electrical construction and HV projects is required.
• Excellent communication with clients, operations teams and subcontractors.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee site activities for HV electrical projects to meet programme and safety standards.
• Administer ESR and ensure compliance with safety processes on site.
• Coordinate client operations teams during construction and commissioning phases.
• Review drawings for site construction and ensure alignment with design.
• Plan resources, documentation and lookahead schedules (1-week/3-week).
• Manage sub-contractors, internal teams and completions on site.
