Job summary

BRUSH Power Solutions is seeking a Site Manager to oversee on-site activities for HV electrical projects. You will manage construction elements from planning to commissioning, ensure safety with ESR, and coordinate with clients and subcontractors across multiple sites in the South of England.

Responsibilities include managing drawings, lookahead planning, and completing on-site inspections and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience of industrial electrical containment construction in accordance with current electrical regulations.
• SMSTS Certification required.
• Good knowledge of safe systems of work, with either an electrical apprenticeship or degree-level qualification.
• Strong site management and coordination skills, ability to plan, organise and control multiple construction activities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with clients, operations teams, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Strong understanding of electrical construction, safety rules, commissioning and acceptance testing.
• Effective planning and problem-solving skills, including managing programmes, resources, risks, and lookahead plans.
• Strong leadership and quality management skills to manage site teams and completions.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with stakeholders to manage construction activities and progress programmes.
• Administering Electrical Safety Rules (ESR) and ensuring safety processes on site.
• Liaising with Client Operations Teams during construction.
• Managing and issuing drawings for site construction and ensuring design compliance.
• Coordinating delivery on site to safe, efficient standards.
• Overseeing completions, subcontractors, and internal reports.
• Providing input into design reviews as required.
• Planning resources, tools, materials, and transport with 1-week and 3-week lookahead.
