BRUSH Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Commercial Manager to own the commercial requirements of the South Region, shaping the strategy and financial reporting to hit targets across projects.

You will lead the commercial and contract management team, assure contract compliance, manage cash and costs, and build strong stakeholder relationships across customers and suppliers. The role is hybrid, with travel to live project sites as required, and offers a competitive salary plus benefits.

Formación

• BEng in Quantity Surveying or a similar degree is required.
• Proven track record in commercial management within construction is essential.
• Strong financial and commercial acumen with analytical abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder engagement.

Responsabilidades

• Providing commercial input for tender negotiations
• Contract management and administration
• Supply chain management and administration
• Cost capture and monthly, quarterly and yearly trading analysis
• Responsible for cash management
• Liaison and negotiation with Customer teams
• Establishing and maintaining productive relationships with key Stakeholders
• Implement commercial procedures and reporting
• Ensure appropriate commercial records are maintained
• Management, guidance and development of commercial personnel
• Provide commercial advice to the Directors
