Job summary
BRUSH Power Solutions is recruiting a Site Manager to oversee all on-site activities for HV electrical infrastructure projects across multiple sites in the South of England. You will coordinate construction elements, ensure safety compliance, and lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver within program timelines.
The role requires SMSTS, strong leadership, and a solid understanding of electrical safety rules.
Qualifications
- Experience in industrial electrical containment construction.
- SMSTS Certification required.
- Strong site management and coordination skills.
- Excellent communication with clients and teams.
- Knowledge of electrical safety procedures and ESR.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate all site construction activities across multi-discipline projects.
- Administer Electrical Safety Rules (ESR) on site.
- Liaise with Client Operations Teams during construction.
- Manage drawings and ensure design compliance on site.
- Plan ahead with 1-week and 3-week lookaheads; provide documentation.
