H&MV Engineering in the United Kingdom is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead on high voltage electrical projects at client sites. You will work with the operations team to ensure safe, timely installation and commissioning.

You will manage site engineers and HV technicians, oversee civil and electrical packages, allocate resources, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with safety standards and budgets.

Qualifications

• 5 years+ experience in Electrical Industrial Engineering
• Excellent leadership and communication skills to liaise with team members and project managers
• Ability to work under pressure and respond calmly in emergencies

Responsabilités

• Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop detailed project plans and schedules
• Oversee the delivery of civil engineering packages of work as well as electrical systems
• Assign tasks, provide clear instructions, and conduct regular performance evaluations
• Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols and industry best practices
• Monitor and control project progress, identifying and addressing any potential risks or delays promptly
• Lead and motivate on-site personnel, including site engineers, HV technicians, electricians, and subcontractors
• Assist the Project Manager in resource allocation, including labour, materials, and equipment
• Monitor project expenses to ensure adherence to budget constraints
