Job summary

Mondelez International is seeking an HR Project Support professional to provide HR Generalist and Employee Relations support to transformation projects within the UK&I market. • Plan, prepare for and execute medium and large-scale HR transformation projects
• Coordinate collective consultation processes
• Manage communications efforts including meeting administration and maintenance of all channels, materials and announcements
• Provide employee relations support and guidance to people leaders and managers on complex issues
• Act as an escalation point for issues identified in HR projects
• Collaborate with HR workstreams and advisors to drive end-to-end project execution
• Drive continuous improvement to enhance the employee experience
• Deliver people practices in line with local legal/regulatory frameworks

As part of Mondelēz International Digital Services, this role will focus on HR Project Support, providing HR Generalist and Employee Relations support to transformation projects, as well as collaborating with the broader People Team. How you will contribute

• Work closely with Functional UK&I BU People lead, wider people lead team & People experience BU lead to plan, prepare for and execute medium and large -scale HR transformation projects
• Coordination of collective consultation process
• Manage comms efforts including meeting admin and maintenance of all channels, materials and announcements
• Provide ER support and guidance to PL and managers on complex issues
• Proactive "issue identification/escalation point of contact"
• Work closely with advisors from different HR workstreams to drive E2E project execution
• Drive continuous improvement (CI) and process efficiency to improve Employee experience
• Deliver people practices in line with all local legal/regulatory frameworks

• Knowledge of UK&I country specific People Policies and Procedures including Employee Relations
