The role covers end-to-end recruitment coordination, onboarding, contracts and employee changes, plus handling HR systems and reporting tools. You should have experience in HR Administration, HR Assistant or Recruitment Coordination, strong attention to detail and good

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Administration, HR Assistant or Recruitment Coordination roles.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confident using HR systems, databases and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder relationship building.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activity, including advertising vacancies and interview scheduling.
• Manage onboarding, contracts, new starter administration and employee changes.
• Maintain employee records and support HR systems and reporting tools.
• Support payroll-related administration and ensure accurate employee data.
