Iconic Resourcing Ltd. in Glasgow is seeking a HR & Talent Coordinator to join the People team on a hybrid basis.

The role is ideal for someone with HR administration, recruitment coordination or employee lifecycle experience who wants to grow within a busy, supportive environment. You will work closely with the HR team on recruitment activity, onboarding, employee administration and HR operations across the business, with focus on accuracy, timeliness and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR Administration, HR Assistant, HR Coordinator or Recruitment Coordination.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Confident using HR systems and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Organised, proactive and eager to develop in HR.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end recruitment activity, including advertising vacancies, interview scheduling and candidate communications.
• Manage onboarding, contracts, new starter administration and employee changes.
• Maintain employee records and support HR systems and reporting tools.
• Support payroll-related administration and ensure employee information is kept accurate and up to date.
• Provide first-line support to managers and employees on a range of HR processes and queries.
