GXO is seeking a People Services Specialist to join our central People Services team at the Northampton Head Office. In a hybrid environment, you will support the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding to leaver processes, while working with Senior Specialists and stakeholders to ensure accurate, compliant HR administration.
You will manage HR service tickets, maintain data across Oracle, SuccessFactors and ServiceNow, and drive governance and reporting.
