Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an HR data professional to maintain and develop position structures across multiple HR systems, ensuring data accuracy and supporting large-scale HR projects.

The role is based at our Northampton Head Office with hybrid working options, aligning with a collaborative People team. Key responsibilities include managing position structures in Oracle Fusion and SuccessFactors, performing data audits, and delivering insights to operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage creation, maintenance and amendment of position structures across HR systems (Oracle Fusion, SuccessFactors).
• Coordinate mass position creation activities for large projects and maintain position databases.
• Conduct regular data integrity checks, audits and cleansing to ensure data accuracy.
• Provide guidance and training on position management best practices to HR and operations teams.
• Collaborate across HRIS and People Services to deliver accurate reporting and continuous improvement.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Manage the creation, maintenance and amendment of position structures across multiple HR systems, including Oracle Fusion and SuccessFactors
• Support large-scale projects by coordinating mass position creation activities and maintaining associated position databases
• Conduct regular data integrity checks, audits and cleansing activities to ensure the accuracy and compliance of position data
• Partner with HR and operational teams to provide guidance, training and support on position management best practice
• Collaborate across the HRIS and People Services functions to deliver accurate reporting, continuous improvement and exceptional service

What you need to succeed at GXO:

• Experience working with HR systems, ideally SuccessFactors and/or Oracle Fusion, with strong Excel skills
• Customer-focused professional with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised, able to prioritise workloads, multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented and accurate, with a strong focus on data quality, compliance and continuous improvement.
• Collaborative, adaptable and forward-thinking, with the ability to build strong relationships and work effectively as part of a team
