Job summary

GXO Logistics in Northampton is seeking a data-driven HR professional to maintain and develop HR data across multiple systems, focusing on data quality, position management and reporting. Based at our Northampton Head Office, the role is hybrid with office and home days.

You will support large projects, run data integrity checks, train teams on best practices and deliver timely insights to operations, while staying accurate and organised in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with HR systems, ideally SuccessFactors and/or Oracle Fusion, with strong Excel skills.
  • Customer-focused with excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Highly organised, able to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on data quality and compliance.
  • Collaborative and able to work as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the creation, maintenance and amendment of position structures across multiple HR systems, including Oracle Fusion and SuccessFactors.
  • Support large-scale projects by coordinating mass position creation activities and maintaining associated position databases.
  • Conduct regular data integrity checks, audits and cleansing activities to ensure the accuracy and compliance of position data.
  • Partner with HR and operational teams to provide guidance, training and support on position management best practice.
  • Collaborate across the HRIS and People Services functions to deliver accurate reporting, continuous improvement and exceptional service.

Based at our Northampton Head Office, this hybrid role offers the best of both worlds, with the flexibility to split your time between the office and home while working as part of a collaborative and forward-thinking team.

We're looking to offer a salary of up to £26,000 per annum. In addition, we offer and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). What you'll do on a typical day:
