GXO Logistics in Northampton is seeking a data-driven HR professional to maintain and develop HR data across multiple systems, focusing on data quality, position management and reporting. Based at our Northampton Head Office, the role is hybrid with office and home days.
You will support large projects, run data integrity checks, train teams on best practices and deliver timely insights to operations, while staying accurate and organised in a fast-paced environment.

Pay, benefits and more:
We're looking to offer a salary of up to £26,000 per annum. In addition, we offer and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays).
