Job summary

Monsoon is seeking a proactive HR Shared Services Coordinator to join our People team in the UK. You will be the first point of contact for HR queries, support onboarding, and maintain employee records across HR systems.

You will work closely with HR, Payroll and Reward teams to ensure processes run smoothly, accurately and efficiently, with a focus on continuous improvement and excellent service to colleagues.

Qualifications

• Experience in HR administration or HR Shared Services would be advantageous.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy in handling records.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-line HR support and guidance to colleagues within agreed response times.
• Prepare employee correspondence, letters, emails and reference requests.
• Support onboarding for new joiners and maintain accurate employee records across HR systems.
• Coordinate payroll, benefits and expenses administration.
• Produce regular HR reports and ensure confidentiality of employee data.
