Job summary

CEVA Logistics in Ashby-de-la-Zouch is looking for an experienced HR Shared Services Specialist to deliver a high-quality HR service across the business, driving continuous improvement and accurate HR data. This hybrid, Monday to Friday role supports day-to-day employee lifecycle activities, handles HR queries, and collaborates with HR Partners and the wider team to ensure GDPR and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience in full employee lifecycle within a fast-paced HR/Shared Services environment.
• Strong Excel, data management and reporting skills are essential.
• Experience with HR systems and HR ticketing systems is desirable.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and maintain data integrity.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support across the employee lifecycle.
• Act as a point of contact for HR queries and escalate to HR Business Partners as needed.
• Ensure data accuracy and GDPR compliance in HR records.
• Produce standard and ad-hoc HR reports to support decisions.
• Support HR projects, audits and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Promote manager self-service and maintain accurate HR intranet content.
