Job summary

Network IT is recruiting an experienced HR Operations and Payroll Manager to drive transformation in Milton Keynes. The role supports a large People Services Hub redesign and payroll migration, acting as a subject matter expert across both disciplines.

You will review and refine HR and payroll processes, coordinate with HR, Finance and external partners, and lead change initiatives to improve service delivery and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Balanced HR operations and payroll background with transformation experience.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across HR, Finance and external partners.
• Proven track record in process improvement and change delivery.

Responsibilities

• Support transition to a new People Services Hub model.
• Act as SME across HR Operations and Payroll.
• Review and improve people and payroll processes.
• Support payroll migration and transformation activities.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance and external partners.
• Drive operational improvements and best practice.
• Challenge existing processes and influence positive change.
