Network IT in Milton Keynes is seeking an HR Operations & Payroll Manager to lead a People Services Hub transformation and payroll migration project. This hybrid role is based in Milton Keynes with an 18-month FTC and potential extension.

The ideal candidate will balance HR Operations and Payroll expertise, drive process improvements, manage stakeholders, and work across HR, Payroll, Finance and external partners to deliver change.

Qualifications

• Experience across HR Operations/People Services and Payroll Operations
• Experience supporting payroll, people services or HR/shared services
• Exposure to transformation, migration or improvement projects
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Process improvement mindset and ability to challenge existing ways of working

Responsabilités

• Support the transition to the new People Services Hub model and payroll migration
• Act as a SME across HR Operations and Payroll
• Review and improve people and payroll processes
• Support payroll migration and transformation activities
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance and external partners
• Drive operational improvements and best practice
• Challenge existing processes and influence positive change
