Job summary

Network IT is recruiting an experienced HR Operations and Payroll Manager to drive transformation in Milton Keynes. The role supports a large People Services Hub redesign and payroll migration, acting as a subject matter expert across both disciplines.

You will review and refine HR and payroll processes, coordinate with HR, Finance and external partners, and lead change initiatives to improve service delivery and efficiency.

This permanent HR Operations and Payroll Manager - Transformation post in Milton Keynes offers hybrid working and a salary of £55,000 to £67,500. The successful candidate supports a large-scale People Services Hub restructure and payroll migration programme, acting as a subject matter expert across both disciplines. What We''re Looking For

• Strong experience across both HR Operations/People Services and Payroll Operations
• Experience supporting payroll, people services, HR operations or shared services functions
• Exposure to transformation, migration, change or improvement projects
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Process improvement mindset with the confidence to challenge existing ways of working
