Network IT is seeking an experienced HR Operations & Payroll Manager in Milton Keynes for an 18-month FTC with potential extension. The role centers on supporting a People Services Hub transformation and payroll migration, blending HR operations with payroll excellence to drive change across stakeholders.

Applicants should have a strong track record in HR operations and payroll, plus experience with transformation projects and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Experience across HR Operations/People Services and Payroll Operations.
• Exposure to transformation, migration or change projects.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support transition to a new People Services Hub model.
• Act as SME across HR Operations and Payroll.
• Review and improve people and payroll processes.
• Support payroll migration and transformation activities.
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance and external partners.
• Drive operational improvements and best practice.
• Challenge existing processes and influence change.
