Job summary

Network IT is recruiting a Payroll Operations Transition Lead in Milton Keynes for an 18-month fixed-term engagement. The role focuses on migrating payroll services from SAP ECC to SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll (ECP) and aligning operational processes, governance and service delivery across People Services and Payroll.

You will act as the operational representative, collaborating with Finance, Digital Services and partners to ensure business readiness, compliance and sustainable change

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in Payroll Operations and HR transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of payroll, taxes, and statutory compliance.
• Proven ability to drive governance, controls and service delivery models.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational transition activities for a major payroll transformation.
• Represent Payroll Operations during SAP ECC to SF ECP migration.
• Align payroll processes with future-state technology solutions.
• Collaborate with programme teams, Finance and third-party partners.
• Drive business readiness and adoption across payroll functions.
• Provide SME across Payroll Operations and HR processes.
• Ensure compliance and operational governance during migration.
• Assess operational impacts from process and system change.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across functions.
