Job summary

Orion Electrotech - Engineering & Technical is seeking an HR Coordinator & Onboarding Specialist for a hybrid role in Solihull. The role covers onboarding, HR administration, and employee support, with a focus on delivering seamless new-employee experiences and accurate HR records.

You will liaise with managers, support payroll readiness, and help run company-wide HR inductions, benefiting from a dynamic HR team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have Level 3 CIPD qualification.
• At least 3 years' HR experience including onboarding/recruitment coordination or HR administration.
• Excellent organisation and time management with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for new hires and prepare documentation.
• Maintain accurate HR records and support payroll processes.
• Provide guidance to employees and managers on policies and onboarding requirements.
• Assist with training coordination, engagement initiatives, and company events.
• Stay compliant with HR laws and continuously improve onboarding processes.
