You will own the onboarding journey, maintain HR records, support managers, and help deliver a positive employee experience across the business. Level 3 CIPD and 3+ years HR experience are desirable.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years HR experience in onboarding, recruitment coordination, or HR administration
• Level 3 CIPD qualification required
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Experience using HR systems and Google Workspace/SmartSheets

Aufgaben

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for new employees
• Maintain accurate HR records and support payroll-related processes
• Provide first-line HR guidance to employees and managers
• Support benefits administration and HR communications
• Assist with training coordination and onboarding programmes
• Ensure compliance with HR policies and data confidentiality
• Contribute to continuous improvement of onboarding processes
