Confidential HR team seeks an HR Coordinator & Onboarding Specialist to own the onboarding journey, provide HR admin support, and guide managers and staff. You will manage documentation, inductions, and system access, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.

Qualifikationen

• Level 3 CIPD qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in HR, onboarding, recruitment coordination or HR administration.
• Strong organisation and time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Experience using HR systems and applicant tracking platforms.
• Good working knowledge of Google Workspace and SmartSheets.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding for new employees and prepare required HR documentation.
• Maintain accurate HR records and support payroll processes.
• Provide first-line guidance to employees and managers on HR policies.
• Support benefits administration, HR reporting, and audits.
• Help deliver employee engagement initiatives and company events.
• Identify process improvements and support compliance with HR legislation.
