Qualifications

• Level 3 CIPD qualification
• At least 3 years' experience within HR onboarding, recruitment coordination, or HR administration
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees
• Coordinate inductions, orientation programmes, and first-day arrangements
• Maintain accurate HR records and HR systems
• Support benefits administration and employee queries; assist payroll processes
• Produce HR reports and documentation; respond to routine HR correspondence
