Circle Recruitment is hiring an HR Data Analyst for our Leeds office on a hybrid basis, with three days in the office. You will own workforce data analysis, streamline reporting, and champion data-led decision making while supporting day-to-day Workday operations.

Ideal candidates have HR data analytics experience, HR reporting skills, and familiarity with Workday Payroll; SQL/PowerBI/Tableau experience is a plus. This role offers flexible working arrangements and a path to senior data projects.

Qualifications

• HR data experience and analytics required.
• HR reporting and data analysis experience.
• Workday Payroll experience essential.
• Exposure to SQL, PowerBI and Tableau advantageous.
• Degree in Computer Science or Mathematics desirable.

Responsibilities

• Operate and optimize HR technology, ensuring systems meet business needs.
• Troubleshoot HR system and data issues with relevant teams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to design, test and launch system developments.
• Participate in HR systems projects, upgrades and enhancements.
• Monitor HR data for completeness, consistency and accuracy.
• Create regular and on-demand HR reports using HR platforms and Excel.
