Job summary

Reality HR is seeking an experienced HR Coordinator to join our client-facing team near Basingstoke. You will provide high-quality HR coordination and admin support to clients and internally, ensuring HR processes are delivered accurately and efficiently.

The role offers variety, a supportive team, and hybrid working after probation. You will handle payroll admin, HRIS reporting, and documentation for joiners/leavers, with opportunities to develop advisory skills and CIPD progress.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 3+ or equivalent work experience and knowledge.
• Strong HR administration and employee lifecycle understanding.
• Knowledge of data protection and confidentiality requirements.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and business systems.
• Awareness of UK employment law and HR best practices.
• Quality-focused, accurate work with client-service mindset.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide payroll administration and HR coordination for clients.
• Manage HRIS data and reporting; familiarity with PeopleHR, BreatheHR, HiBob is advantageous.
• Create documentation for joiners, leavers, and variations to pay or contracts.
• Conduct exit interviews and take notes at HR meetings.
• Review and update employment contracts and policies.
• Manage client inboxes and respond to queries with colleagues for a great client experience.
