Reality HR is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our client-facing team at Chineham Business Park, Basingstoke with hybrid working after probation, with occasional travel to client sites across London and the Southeast. Salary starts from £37,000 per year plus benefits and a profit-related bonus.

This permanent, full-time role offers 37.5 hours per week (37.5 or 30 hours also considered). You’ll provide expert HR guidance across employee relations, draft HR documentation, and support

Competenze

• CIPD Level 5 qualification or above
• Strong HR generalist experience
• Excellent employee relations knowledge, including complex case management
• Up-to-date employment law expertise
• Strong written communication and policy-writing skills
• Commercial awareness and the ability to provide practical, pragmatic and risk-based advice
• A commitment to delivering exceptional client service
• Confidence working independently while remaining a collaborative team player
• Previous consultancy experience would be advantageous but is not essential.

Mansioni

• Provide expert advice on employee relations matters including disciplinary, grievance, absence and performance management
• Draft HR documentation including contracts, policies, letters and guidance
• Support organisational change projects, restructures and other people initiatives
• Build strong relationships with clients, becoming a trusted HR partner
