Haig Housing is seeking an HR Advisor to provide a generalist HR service across the Trust. The role leads on employee relations casework and formal consultations, while supporting recruitment, organisational change, policy development and workforce information.

Day to day, the HR Advisor assists with employee relations matters, recruitment, performance issues, grievances and disciplinaries, and maintains HR records. A hybrid pattern with two days at the London head office is expected.

Qualifications

• Lead on employee relations casework and formal consultation meetings.
• Support recruitment, organisational change and policy development.
