Qualifications

• Previous experience in a generalist HR Advisor role.

Responsibilities

• Providing day‑to‑day HR administration and guidance to managers and employees.
• Managing employee relations cases, including absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance management matters.
• Supporting recruitment and onboarding activities.
• Assisting with organisational change initiatives and HR projects.
• Supporting learning and development activities across the business.
• Ensuring HR policies and procedures remain compliant and up to date.
• Producing HR reports and analysing people data to support decision‑making.
• Contributing to employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
• Working closely with the wider business to support continuous improvement and change programmes.
