Job summary

Wade Macdonald is partnering with a global organisation in Marlow to recruit an HR Advisor focused on employee relations. The role combines ER casework with advisory support for managers and compliance with UK employment law.

Based in Marlow with a hybrid office pattern (3 days in, 2 at home) you will drive policy implementation, coaching, data insights and learning initiatives while supporting restructures, TUPE and HR projects.

Qualifications

• CIPD Level 5 or equivalent HR experience.
• 4–5 years' experience in an HR Advisor or ER-focused role.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and complex case handling.
• Confident communication, coaching and stakeholder management skills.
• HRIS experience (Workday) and training delivery is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance on employee relations and UK employment law to managers.
• Manage complex ER cases from inquiry to resolution (discipline, grievance, performance, attendance).
• Coach managers to improve confidence and consistency in people management.
• Contribute to HR projects and policy development; review and update HR processes.
