Job summary

Alexander Mae HR Ltd is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to provide day-to-day HR support across the business. You will work closely with managers and HR colleagues to ensure fair handling of people matters and compliance with employment legislation.

The ideal candidate has strong ER experience, UK employment law knowledge and the ability to coach managers while delivering HR projects and data-driven insights.

Qualifications

• CIPD qualification or working towards it.
• Strong knowledge of UK employment law and HR best practice.
• Experience providing HR advisory support in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing employee relations cases independently.
• Proven ability to coach and influence managers at different levels.
• Experience working with HR data and producing reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support across the business, partnering with managers and HR colleagues.
• Act as first point of contact for employee relations, policy and people management queries.
• Manage ER cases including absence, disciplinary, grievance and performance issues.
• Coach managers through formal and informal HR processes.
• Support performance management, objectives setting and people conversations.
• Contribute to HR projects and organisational change.
• Produce HR reports and analyse trends and risks.
