Job summary

Hundred Houses Society is seeking a Housing Officer for the Cambridge office with hybrid working options. You will be responsible for managing a property patch, delivering professional housing management services, and supporting customers to sustain tenancies while maintaining high neighbourhood standards.

You will handle tenancy and estate management tasks, rent and service charges, safeguarding, and collaboration with partners to resolve issues and improve service delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering customer-facing housing management or tenancy services.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with empathy for customers.

Responsibilities

• Manage tenancy and neighbourhood issues for a patch.
• Proactively manage rent and service charge accounts, signposting to support.
• Respond to anti-social behaviour and safeguarding concerns with appropriate action.
• Monitor estate standards and safety compliance.
• Collaborate with authorities, partners and community organisations.
• Support allocations, empty homes, and delivery of new homes.
