Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience operating AV equipment and leading a team on the floor.

Responsibilities

• The Floor Delivery: Set up and service spaces to brand standards, demonstrate AV tech, ensure the room looks immaculate before first guest.
• The Team Leadership: Deputise for the M&E Operations Manager; run 1:1s, training, coaching on the floor.
• The Commercial Hustle: Upsell Food & Beverage, hit bar targets, monitor payroll costs to maximise profitability.
• The Guest Experience: Liaise with sales and event organisers to resolve issues and ensure a vibrant welcome and departure for delegates.
