Job summary

NG Bailey is seeking a Helpdesk Service Controller in Leeds for a permanent hybrid role. You will manage planned maintenance, remedial and reactive works, and allocate them to NG Bailey engineers or approved subcontractors.

The position includes 1 day hybrid home working and a salary of £27,000–£27,500 with private healthcare and flexible benefits. You will coordinate workloads, ensure paperwork is complete, and maintain clear communication with clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of Planned Maintenance, Remedial, and Reactive works for designated clients.
• Update NG Bailey’s system with new work orders and assign to engineers or approved subcontractors.
• Ensure engineer workloads are balanced by geography and availability, reassigning tasks as necessary.
• Confirm all completed works have the appropriate paperwork attached and close work orders in the system.
