Edinburgh City Football Club Limited is recruiting for an Internal Helpdesk - Customer Service role based in Cambuslang, offering hybrid working with 2 days from home and a 16.24 per hour rate. The role runs on a Monday-Friday 8am-4pm pattern, for a 6-12 month contract with potential extension or permanent hire.

You will be the first point of contact for a variety of queries, resolving issues promptly and maintaining a high level of service while supporting customers, suppliers and colleagues

Formación

• Experience in customer service, helpdesk, contact centre, or shared services.
• Comfortable using systems to record and manage information.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
• Clear and professional communication; works well in a team.

Responsabilidades

• Handling queries by phone, email and online channels.
• Investigating issues and providing clear, accurate information.
• Recording and tracking queries through to resolution.
• Escalating more complex issues where required.
• Identifying recurring issues and supporting improvements to processes.
• Helping to maintain a professional, efficient and customer-focused service.
