Brook Street is seeking a Helpdesk Advisor to join their team in Glasgow. This temporary role, available until September 2026, will require 3 days in the office and 2 days remote. As a Helpdesk Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for UKSV customers, providing professional advice and assistance.

Qualifications

• Ability to handle a high volume of enquiries via phone, email, and digital platforms.
