Job summary

A leading property management company is seeking a Health and Safety Manager to join their Support Services team. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for managing and reviewing the Health and Safety Management System and acting as the main contact for safety enquiries. The ideal candidate will have over four years of experience in health and safety management within the property sector and hold relevant certifications. Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in residential or commercial property management.
  • Knowledge of Asbestos and Fire Safety.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and review Health and Safety Management System.
  • Act as a point of contact for health and safety enquiries.
  • Conduct audits of contractors and assist with training.
  • Support investigations and maintain accurate records.
  • Communicate legislative changes to the team.
