Haven in Hemel Hempstead is seeking a Contact Centre Advisor for a hybrid role (3 days in office, 2 from home). You will help guests with bookings, upgrades, payments and queries to ensure a seamless pre- and post-booking experience.

Open from 9am–6pm, you’ll work 37.5 hours weekly with weekend shifts and a rolling weekend off. Full training and a range of benefits are provided, including a holiday buy scheme and staff discounts.

Formación

• Previous customer service/call centre experience is preferred however, not essential.
• Good listening skills, understanding our guest’s requirements.
• Confidence in making decisions that support our guests and the business.
• Patience and a problem‑solving attitude.
• Everything else will be taught by us!

Responsabilidades

• Support guests with bookings, upgrades, questions, payments and handling complaints as part of a multi skilled sales and customer services team.
• Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Haven’s operation and Haven Holidays product.
• Support other areas of the business as required.
