Zusammenfassung

Sweco UK is recruiting a Graduate Transport Planner for their Infrastructure & Environment division in Leeds. The role develops data analysis, policy understanding and scheme appraisal within a busy, supportive team.

You will work on transport planning projects from inception to strategy development, supported by experienced consultants. The two-year graduate scheme includes masterclasses, mentoring and progression toward professional status.

Qualifikationen

• Degree relevant to the role you’re applying for.
• Less than 12 months of relevant work experience (placements excluded).
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and other digital tools.
• Driven, proactive and solution-oriented.
• Eligible to work in the UK without restrictions.

Aufgaben

• Collect, analyse and interpret data relating to transport systems and accessibility.
• Support development and appraisal of transport strategies and business cases.
• Undertake research on transport policy and local context to inform recommendations.
• Provide day-to-day technical input as part of a team of transport planners.
• Produce clear reports, technical notes and presentations communicating data and recommendations.
• Collaborate across disciplines to deliver integrated solutions and manage tasks with project managers.
• Build relationships with colleagues and clients, ensuring quality and on-time delivery.
• Engage with professional development to progress toward Chartered Transport Planning Professional status.
