Job summary

WSP is recruiting graduates to join our Transport & Mobility teams in 2027. You will help develop sustainable, accessible transport solutions and work with clients across the UK to deliver projects that improve how people move.

You will learn through our two-year Graduate Development Programme, gain experience across multiple disciplines, and contribute to initiatives that reduce congestion and emissions while supporting communities.

Qualifications

• You will have, or be on track to achieve, at least a 2:2 in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• Please ensure you have checked degree backgrounds considered for our graduate roles.
• You will be looking to start work in April or September 2027.
• Interest in transport planning, mobility, transport modelling, sustainable transport, active travel, public transport or transport strategy.

Responsibilities

• Develop sustainable, accessible and efficient transport solutions across towns, cities and regions.
• Collaborate with transport planners, engineers, urban designers and environmental specialists.
• Contribute to strategies and projects delivering social, environmental and economic benefits.
• Build skills in data analysis, transport modelling and stakeholder engagement.
