Job summary

WSP in the UK & Ireland invites graduates to join our Transport & Mobility teams across the UK, helping develop sustainable, accessible and efficient transport solutions for communities. You will work on a range of projects, collaborating with transport planners, engineers and environmental specialists, gaining experience in data analysis, transport modelling, stakeholder engagement and option development.

Qualifications

• You will have, or be on track to achieve, at least a 2:2 in a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• You will be looking to start work in April or in September 2027.
• You will have an interest in transport planning, mobility, transport modelling, sustainable transport, active travel, public transport or transport strategy.
• You will be curious, collaborative and motivated to solve challenges that improve how people and goods move through our communities.
• You will enjoy working with others, sharing ideas and learning from different specialists across multidisciplinary project teams.
• You will be interested in understanding the social, environmental and economic impacts of transport and helping to develop sustainable solutions.
• You will want to take ownership of your work and development, while helping to create value for our clients.
• You will be eager to learn, develop new skills and broaden your experience through technical analysis, stakeholder engagement and project delivery.

Responsibilities
