Castle Employment Group is recruiting for an IT Support Analyst to join a growing technology business in the Hull/Hessle area. You will provide first-line IT support, troubleshoot issues, and assist customers while developing technical skills in a busy environment. The role offers a permanent, full-time position with a clear career path.

Salary range £26,500–£32,000 per year (DOE). 26 days' annual leave plus bank holidays, health benefits and funded training opportunities are provided.

Formación

• Experience providing IT support and resolving technical issues.
• Familiarity with MSP environments is a plus.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced support role.

Responsabilidades

• Provide first-line technical support across a range of IT issues.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software and connectivity problems.
• Manage support tickets and work towards timely resolutions.
• Support users with Microsoft 365 and Windows environments.
• Handle customer enquiries via phone and support systems.
• Escalate complex issues when required.
• Collaborate with colleagues to maintain high service standards.
