Job summary

MBDA is seeking a candidate to manage supplier subcontracts and relationships, coordinating with UK and international suppliers. The role focuses on preparing, negotiating, and executing subcontracts across the lifecycle of missiles and systems, while protecting MBDA's commercial position.

Hybrid role with on-site work up to 3 days per week during initial integration. BPSS checks required; British citizen or dual UK national with citizenship is needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of working with UK and/or international suppliers.
• Experience protecting employer's commercial position.
• Experience in subcontract procurement or supply chain role.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and execute subcontracts with suppliers.
• Oversee subcontract amendments for compliance with standards.
• Manage supplier performance across the life cycle of missiles and missile systems.
• Conduct supplier visits and assessments globally.
• Identify commercial risks and mitigate opportunities.
• Obtain quotations and intelligence to support MBDA bids.
