MBDA UK Limited is seeking a skilled procurement professional to manage supplier subcontracts across the life cycle of missiles and subsystems. You will negotiate, implement, and monitor performance to protect MBDA's commercial position while building strong supplier relationships globally.

The role offers hybrid working with on-site presence during busy periods and initial integration. A security clearance requirement applies, with opportunities for professional development within the MBDA team.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years' experience coordinating with UK and international suppliers.
• Experience in defence or aerospace contracting is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and execute subcontracts with suppliers.
• Oversee subcontract amendments for compliance with standards.
• Undertake performance management to meet subcontract obligations.
• Develop and nurture supplier relationships across UK, Europe and the world.
• Visit supplier premises and chair subcontract progress meetings.
• Identify and mitigate supplier-related commercial risks.
• Obtain quotations and critical intelligence to support MBDA bids.
