PayByPhone Technologies Inc. is seeking a dedicated Business Analyst based in Hatfield, UK, to own end-to-end process analysis across operational areas. Hybrid work arrangement and full-time permanence support scalable improvements and governance.

You will collaborate with product, technology, and operations teams to map journeys, standardise processes, and drive efficiency while maintaining clear change logs and artefacts.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication.
• 3-5 years' experience in business analysis or a related role.
• Experience using journey mapping tools to produce clear, well-documented maps and materials.
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent; CBAP or PMP a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach.
• Able to identify improvement opportunities and justify change.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve end-to-end business process analysis across all operational areas.
• Review, document, and optimise processes to drive efficiency and scalability.
• Establish and maintain high-quality process documentation, SOPs, and artefacts.
• Develop scalable process and journey maps across multiple domains and tools.
• Engage stakeholders through workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions to translate needs into clear requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and change governance across teams.
