Job summary

CCP Recruitment, Hatfield-based, is recruiting a Business Analyst to join a globally recognised organisation’s operations function on a 12-month FTC. You will drive process analysis, standardisation, and continuous improvement across business, operations, and technology teams to achieve data-driven improvements.

You will map end-to-end processes, conduct gap analyses, maintain SOPs, and create detailed customer journeys using tools like Miro, Lucid, Visio, or Figma.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in Business Analysis or a similar role
• Strong experience in process mapping and journey mapping tools
• Excellent analytical and documentation skills
• Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely
• Degree in Business Administration or related field (Desirable)

Responsibilities

• Analyse end-to-end operational processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
• Own and maintain high-quality process documentation, including SOPs and process maps
• Develop detailed process and customer journey maps across business and system landscapes
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to gather and define business requirements
• Support and drive ongoing process improvement initiatives
