Howden Group is seeking a Business Analyst to join the Project Delivery Team in a hybrid role based in the UK. The role focuses on analysing processes, documenting requirements and bridging business units with IT and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.

You will manage the requirements catalogue, run workshops, maintain traceability and support governance across multiple programmes and initiatives within the Howden Group Holdings portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience as a business analyst across business and IT projects.
• Ability to gather and document requirements and manage scope.
• Familiar with regulatory considerations and London Market initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirements elicitation and workshops with stakeholders.
• Produce clear requirements documentation and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with PMs, product owners and vendors to deliver change.
• Support UAT and create test scripts and handover documentation.
